- Quiet rooms and long nights that feel easy again
- Meals you enjoy, without second-guessing every bite
- Feeling like yourself, out doing what you love
Imagine these moments feeling easy again
The room goes quiet, and your stoma doesn't.
With a plan: your mind stays on the moment, not the sound.
You wake at 3 a.m. and check the sheets before you are fully awake.
With a plan: a bedtime routine you trust, and full nights of sleep.
You stand in the kitchen wondering if a few bites of salad are worth the risk.
With a plan: the foods you miss come back, in the right order.
The skin around your stoma stings at every change, and no one has told you why.
With a plan: you know why, and what soothes it.
You smile, say you are fine, and plan every outing around the nearest restroom.
With a plan: you head out the door ready, not braced.
You want to feel close to your partner again, and all you can think about is the pouch.
With a plan: closeness at your own pace, with your mind on each other.
It seems like you were handed a pouch, a pamphlet and an appointment weeks away, and left to figure out the rest by trial and error.
Most of what goes wrong has a reason, and most reasons have a fix. The hard part is knowing which fix is yours. That is exactly what your Blueprint shows you.
Up to a million Americans live with an ostomy. Many feel just what you feel.
Leaks, noise and long nights rarely get talked about, so it is easy to believe it is only you. It isn't.
Time with a specialist is precious. Your Blueprint carries you between visits, with what others learned before you.

Generic advice leaves you guessing. A plan made for you lets you exhale.
A new ileostomy with leaks around the stoma needs different steps than a colostomy three weeks after surgery, or a urostomy that leaks only at night.

Wisdom you won't find in a pamphlet
For 14 years, ostomates have called and written to Stoma Stifler. They shared what rarely gets written down: the quiet moments, the choices made in the privacy of home or of their own thoughts, and the reasons behind them. Your Blueprint gives you that intimate look, with the mistakes already made, so you can avoid them.
The pouch you went home with isn't your only option.
It is often just the one the hospital had on hand. If it keeps leaking, it may simply not fit your body.
More adhesive isn't a better seal.
Extra paste, powder and spray can stop a wafer from sticking. The right fit does what more product can't.
Don't judge your future by your first few weeks.
There is a learning curve. The first change can take an hour; with practice, it takes minutes.

Made for anyone ready to feel at ease again
It's for you if
- You are in the first months after surgery and want a clear plan
- You are a year or more in, and noise, intimacy, travel or going out still hold you back
- Your body has changed with time, and the old routine no longer works
- You have had an ostomy for years and still fight leaks or sore skin
- You want to eat more freely, with confidence
- You care for someone with an ostomy and want to help
It's not
- A diagnosis or medical advice. That is your ostomy nurse's job, and your Blueprint helps you get more out of every visit
"I've read the pamphlets. How is this any different?"
Fair question. Pamphlets are written for everyone. Your Blueprint is written from your answers: your ostomy type, how long since surgery, your output, your wafer, your concerns. Two people never get the same plan.
"Is a plan worth $87?"
Think about what guessing costs: a wafer that fails early, a night of broken sleep, an outing cut short. Your Blueprint puts the steps that fit you in one place, in order, so trial and error stops costing you.
Peace of mind, in a plan made just for you

Questions
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a personal education plan organized around your answers. Always follow your surgeon, ostomy nurse or dietitian.
I have a urostomy. Does it work for me?
Yes. Questions and sections adjust for colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy.
Do I need a Stoma Stifler to use it?
No. Your Blueprint stands on its own. It also shows where a Stoma Stifler fits the moments you describe, and if you already own one, how to get more from it.
How do I get it?
Your Blueprint arrives by email within about two hours of checkout, as a private link that never expires. It is interactive, with links to in-depth guides and your supply list, and you can print any page you like. Come back to your link any time to use it fully.
What is the 30-day refresh?
Around day 30, retake the check. You get an updated Blueprint built from where you are now and a new Confidence Score to compare. It is included with your Blueprint.
Where does the guidance come from?
From mainstream ostomy care guidance and 14 years of ostomates sharing what they tried, what failed and what finally worked. Every ostomy journey involves some trial and error; your Blueprint passes on what others learned first. A full source list is available on request, and your nurse is welcome to ask for it.
Can I share it with my nurse?
Please do. There is a page of questions written for that visit.
How long is it?
Usually 25 to 30 pages, shaped by your answers and your story.
Can I get a refund?
Each Blueprint is written from the ostomate's own unique story. All sales final. Answer the questions first to see your score and priorities before you decide.
