How the Stoma Stifler works

The Stoma Stifler™ is a stoma guard and stoma noise suppressor that sits over your stoma and pouch. Its molded polyurethane foam cup muffles stoma sounds and shields the stoma from impact, seat belts and pressure. Most people simply wear it under an elasticized undergarment or snug waistband, so no belt is needed. The kit also includes snug bands, tape and a belt clip if you want extra hold.

The Stoma Stifler has been designed to work with virtually all pouch systems, one and two piece.

It’s easy to use with existing ostomy belts or using tape and our long snug-belt.

The Stoma Stifler is discreet and soft edges make it comfortable to wear.

Your Stoma Stifler kit comes with the following:

  1. Stoma Stifler (polyurethane cup & arm)
  2. Anchor plate (designed for either right or left side)
  3. Short Snug Band with adjustable slider-clip
  4. Long Snug Band with adjustable slider-clip
  5. Roll of 10yd x 2”-wide tape, hypoallergenic & breathable
  6. Belt clip
  7. 3 aluminum post-screws (2 plus 1 extra)

What comes in the kit

  • The Stoma Stifler cup (molded polyurethane foam) and arm
  • An anchor plate for either the right or left side
  • A short and a long snug band with adjustable slider clips (optional)
  • A roll of hypoallergenic, breathable tape (optional)
