What’s in the box?
The Stoma Stifler kit includes the engineered sound-suppressor unit + 2 starter belts (1 Short, 1 Snug) + storage pouch + care instructions. Replacement belt sets order separately when needed.
How do I pick the right belt size?
The kit ships with both Short and Snug belts so you can test fit on day one. Snug Belts have a firmer hold (best for exercise and active wear). Short Belts have a lighter touch (best for office, sleep, daily comfort).

How do I clean and care for it?
Belts hand-wash with mild soap, air-dry flat. The sound-suppressor unit wipes clean with a damp cloth. With normal use, expect 9–12 months from a belt set, multiple years from the main unit.
